摘要
洞庭湖区是目前我国钉螺分布范围最广且血吸虫病疫情最难防治的疫区。受长江中上游干流及洞庭湖流域季节性洪水影响,近年来洞庭湖区洪涝灾害渐趋频繁,湖区钉螺面积呈不断增加趋势。为揭示近年来洞庭湖区钉螺迁移扩散与疫区水情变化的相关关系,本文以城陵矶站汛期平均水位作为疫区水情变化的表征指标,定量分析洞庭湖区钉螺面积变化与疫区水情的相关关系。研究结果表明,洞庭湖区钉螺面积与以城陵矶站汛期平均水位为指示性指标的疫区水情具有显著的线性相关性。
The Dongting Lake region is an area with most widely distributed oncomelania hupensis and has most serious schistosomiasis epidemic situation in China.The epidemic disasters are getting more and more frequent and the area of oncomelania hupensis has extended constantly due to seasonal floods in the Dongting Lake drainage basin from the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River.This paper selected the mean water level at the Chenglingji Station during flood season as an indicating index of the flow regime of the Lake and analyzed quantitatively the relationship between the area of oncomelania hupensis and the flow regime in the epidemic area.The research reveals that there is a linear relationship between the water level and diffusion area of oncomelania hupensis.This result is helpful for forecast and prevention of schistosomiasis epidemic situation,and can be a technical support to the spot check work for killing oncomelania hupensis as well.
