摘要
采用酶解的方法,对提取大麦中β-葡聚糖进行了探讨,并对提取产品中的还原糖和β-葡聚糖进行了分析。提取物还原糖含量为零,β-葡聚糖的含量为91%。
EXtracting β-glucan form barely by enzymatic method was studied and the extracted product was analysed. The content of β-glucan was 91%and no reducing sugar.
