摘要
通过对几种常用胶合板树种的单板进行纵向斜接试验。结果表明:单板厚度在1mm以上的均能纵向接长,板端斜度以3°~5°为宜;接长单板的接缝在胶合板中的布置方式对成品的物理力学性能无明显影响;接长单板适合于混凝土模板、结构胶合板和表面需二次加工的普通胶合板生产。接长单板可采用常规胶合板生产工艺进行生产。
This paper discussed lengthwise scarf jointing technique for veneers peeled from several domestic wood species commonly used for making plywood.Experimental results showed that the veneers 1 mm thick or thicker could be lengthwise scarf jointed.Suitable slope of the scarf jointing was 3°~5°. Scarf joints had little effect on mechanical and physical properties of plywood made from the veneer.The scarf jointed veneers were good for making plywood used for concrete formworks,structure and surface finishing.The jointed veneer was suitable for conventional plywood production.
