汽车空调蒸发器总成及风道的数值研究 被引量:22

Numerical Simulation of HVAC & Vent in Vehicle Air Conditioning System

摘要 对某型轿车的HVAC及风道进行了数值模拟,通过对HVAC及风道内部的速度场和压力场的CFD(使用FLUENT软件)分析,考察HVAC的结构是否合理,空气流过时是否会产生偏流或涡旋等不利现象,分析风道内部结构对风量分配和送风量的影响,并提出优化方向。 HVAC & Vent in certain Vehicle air conditioning system was numerical simulated, according to CFD analysis (use FLUENT software) of velocity field and pressure field in HVAC & Vent, saw about whether the structure of HVAC is reasonable, whether can cause vortex when air transflux, the influence of interior structure to air flow distribution was analyzed, and some optimize directions was put forward.
