摘要
介绍兴安直流输电工程深圳换流站交流开关场4类最后断路器及线路保护逻辑。基于这些逻辑对兴安直流实际工程调试过程中出现的保护动作异常情况进行分析,对相关的设计缺陷,例如交流滤波器连线保护跳闸继电器自保持,无法对5072断路器合闸;最后线路无自动重合闸闭锁功能等,提出了改进建议。有的建议已被设备厂家所采用。
The 4 types of last CB/Line protection logic at 500 kV AC yard of Shenzhen Converter Station in Xing-An HVDC Project are introduced. With the logic the paper analyzes the protection's abnormal actions that occurred in the test process of the HVDC project, and points out the design defects that could cause the abnormal actions, such as the trip relay's self-holding of AC filter connection protection that could result in 5072 breaker not close, the last line's auto-reclosing can't be blocked and so on. Suggestions to overcome these design defects are put forward, and some of them have been adopted by manufacturers.
