摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀对冠心痛心力衰竭患者心功能和高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）的影响。方法将124例冠心病心力衰竭患者（心功能Ⅱ～Ⅲ级）随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组均给予基础治疗，治疗组加服阿托伐他汀10mg／d，治疗前及治疗后12周时测定血清hs—CRP水平，采用超声心动图测量左室射血分数（LVEF）。结果2组患者治疗后12周时心功能指标及血清hs—CRP水平均较治疗前明显改善，治疗组LVEF升高，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论冠心病心力衰竭患者在基础治疗中加用阿托伐他汀可以进一步改善心功能，抑制心肌微炎症可能是该药机制之一。
Objective It is to observe the effect of atorvastatin on cardiac function and hypersensitive C- reaction protein （ha-CRP） in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and heart failure（HF）. Methods 124 patients with CHD and HF （NYHA Ⅱ - Ⅲ degree） were randomly divided into treatment groups and control group. All patients were given basic treatment. The treatment group was added with atorvastatin 10 mg/d. The serum level of hs- CRP was measured before treatment and 12 weeks＇ after treatment. The left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） was examined .by echocardiography. Results The indexes of cardiac function and serum hs- CRP in both groups were obviously improved after 12 weeks＇ treatment. The LVEF of the treatment group rose up obviously, compared with that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion On the basic treatment in the patients with HF and CHD, the heart function is further improved by atorvastatin,one of probably underlying mechanisms is that atorvastatin inhibits the myocardial micro-inflammation.
