摘要
在菜心种子发育过程,用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施植株,和将收获的种子用SPNE处理后置于不同温度下萌发生长,以及将不同处理类型的种子播于不同肥力土壤中,研究了SPNE对菜心种子产量、种子发芽率、幼苗株重、叶绿素含量和品质的影响。结果表明,SPNE能提高菜心种子的产量,上代用SPNE处理的种子后代的幼苗素质和产量均超过对照,即SPNE处理后能产生表观遗传效应;而上代用SPNE处理的种子再用SPNE处理的效果最好,且品质有所提高。
Special plant nutritional element (SPNE) was spread to flowering cabbage when its seeds were develoPing. The seeds yield of treatment was compared with the contrast. The seeds were put under different temperature for comparing the germinative rate, wheight of seedling, content of chlorophyl. Besides, the yield and quality of flowering cabbage were compared when planted in different soil. The results showed that the seeds yield was increased by SPNE. The seeds treated by SPNE in last generation were better than the contrast. The yield-increasing effect of treatment which last generation plant sprayed by SPNE and seeds were soaked by SPNE was the best.
