特效植物营养素对平菇和金针菇的增产效果及表观遗传效应 被引量:16

Yeild-increasing and epigenetic effect of SPNE on Pleurtus ostreatus and Flammulina velutipes

摘要 以食用菌平菇和金针菇为材料进行组织培养后栽培,在常规培养基和栽培基质中添加特效植物营养素(SPNE)进行了系列对比试验,研究SPNE对平菇和金针菇组织培养菌丝生长速度和栽培产量的影响。结果表明:2个材料均表现为以每代都用SPNE处理的菌丝生长速度和栽培产量最高;仅第1代用SPNE处理,经过6代无性繁殖后其后代仍超过对照,产生表观遗传效应,且此效应随着用SPNE处理代数的增加而增强。 Selected Pleurtus ostreatus and Flammulina velutipes of edible fungi as material for tissue culture first, then the hyphae were cultivated in mushroom. SPNE(special plant nutrional element) were added to normal media and cultivated material for a series of comparative test. The hyphae growing rate and cultivation yield of treatment had been compared with contrast. The results showed that the hyphae growing rate and cultivation yield of treatment treated by SPNE at each generation was the highest. The treatment treated by SPNE only at the first generation was still better than the contrast after 6 generation, which meanen that SPNE could produce epigenetic effect and the effect could strengrhen with the increase of treated generations.
