摘要
借鉴国外壳牌车辙预估方法,分析沥青稳定碎石基层沥青路面结构的抗车辙性能,并与半刚性基层沥青路面结构进行对比分析。结果表明:不论是沥青稳定碎石基层还是半刚性基层沥青路面结构形式,车辙主要发生在表面层和中面层;与半刚性基层沥青路面相比,沥青稳定碎石基层沥青路面结构产生的车辙深度增加不大。从提高沥青稳定碎石基层沥青路面的抗车辙性能角度出发,建议可着重提高沥青中上面层的抗车辙性能,并且ATB-25沥青稳定碎石基层厚度设置在15-20cm之间比较适宜。
Using methods for preapraisal of shell rut - resistance abroad, the paper analyses rut - resistance of asphalt pavement structure of asphalt - stabilized macadam base and makes the comparative analysis with asphalt pavement structure of semi - rigid base. Results indicate that the asphalt - stabilized macadam both and the semi - rigid base, their ruts mainly arise on surface layer and mid - surface year; by contrast to asphalt pavement of semi - rigid base,the rut depth which the asphalt pavement structure of asphalt - stabilized macadam base yields increases a little. Proceed from heightening the rut -resistance of asphalt pavement of asphalt -stabilized macadam base, the paper proposes emphatically to enhance rut - resistances of mid - surface and surface of asphalt, and the thickness of ATB - 25 asphalt - stabilized macadam ought to be within 15 to 20 cm.
