Prediction of Rutting in Asphalt Pavements by Using Viscoelastic Theory

摘要 根据单轴蠕变实验所得沥青混合料的变形特性,提出了一种能很好地表征沥青混合料粘弹性能的流变学模型,即“四单元,五参数”模型,并确定了材料的模型参数。利用粘弹性层状体系EV计算程序,添加了提出的模型,给出了一种以累加车辆作用时间为加载时间来计算车辙的方法。计算结果与轮迹实验测得的结果符合较好,从而证明本方法的可靠性。 A rheological model to represent the viscoelastic behavior of asphalt mixtures, that is, a model with '4 units and 5 parameters', is efficiently created on the basis of the deformation characteristics of asphalt mixtures got from single axle creep test. The model parameters of materials are also determined. A new method to calculate the rut depth of asphalt pavements is also created by using the viscoelastic layered systems computer program 'EV', in which the above model is selected. In the method, the summation of the loading time of each vehicle is considered as the loading time on the pavement. The calculated results are well coincided with that obtained from the tracing rut test, therefore, the reliability of this method is verified.
