摘要
目的:探讨应用血栓弹力图(TEG)检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者体内凝血功能状态。方法:对27例ITP患者及21例正常对照者进行TEG测定,了解凝血功能变化。结果:患者TEG表现为低凝图象,k值较正常对照组明显延长、MA、CI值较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:ITP患者体内存在病理性低凝状态,TEG可作为观察ITP患者血液凝固性的有用指标。
Objective：To investigate the coagulable states of the patients with idiopathic thrompcytopenic purpura （TIP） by thrombelastography （TEG）.Methods：TEG values were measured in 27 ITP patients and 21 normal controls. Comparisons were made between two groups. Results：Average k value in the patients with ITP was significantly higher than that in normal controls,but average MA,and CI values of TEG were significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The hypocoagulable state existes in the patients with ITP by the assessment of TEG.
