摘要
文章针对某叶片生产企业存在的生产信息流通问题,结合该企业生产信息的特点,对其产品技术协议文件进行深入的归纳、总结。采用面向对象的建模方法,按照叶片生产流程中的不同阶段进行分类抽象,构建一个可以描述叶片在整个生产过程中所需加工信息的树形结构数字化模型。然后对该数字化模型管理系统进行总体设计,采用C/S构架,实现该模型信息的企业内共享。通过该系统的实施使生产信息在上下游部门之间得以顺畅沟通,提高了生产效率,降低了错误的发生。
This paper is concerned with the communication problem of product information for certain blade suppler combining with the character of its product information, making great effort to conclude and summarize the documents of production' s technical protocol. With the modeling method of Object Oriented and according to the each step in blades production procedure, creates a digital model of tree-type which can thoroughly depict the information which is needed in production procedure. And then makes general designation for the management system of blades' digital model, using C/S frame to carry out the function of sharing information in the company. By implementing this system, the product information can smoothly transfer between each department. It greatly increases the efficiency of production and reduce the probability of errors in production.
