摘要
用直接插入法将正丁胺和正癸胺插入α-Zr(HPO4)2H2O,(简写为α-ZrP)制备了α-Zr(HPO4)2(C4H9NH2)2H2O和α-Zr(HPO4)2(C10H21NH2)2H2O,层间距分别是1.94nm和3.22nm。正丁胺的插入使α-ZrP的结晶水及层板羟基的热稳定性提高,插入的正丁胺在220~270℃可被脱除。用微波法直接将乙二醇插入α-ZrP,成功地制备了α-Zr(HPO4)2(HOC2H4OH)H2O,层间距是1.07nm。用微波法直接将1-辛醇插入α-ZrP,得到的产物层间距为1.00nm。
αZr(HPO_4)_2(C_4H_9NH_2)_2·H_2O has been prepared by intercalating butylamine into αZr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O(abbreviated as αZrp).Its interlayer spacing is 194nm.The thermal stabilities of the structural water of αΖrP are enhanced by intercalation of butylamine,the intercalated butylamine being lost between 220℃ and 270℃.Decylamine can also be intercalated directly into αZrP,the interlayer spacing of the intercalated material being 332nm.αZr(HPO4)2(HOC2H4OH)·H2O can be prepared by intercalating ethylene glycol directly into αZrP using microwave irradiation,its interlayer spacing being 107nm.The process has no adverse effects on the crystallinity of the materials.The microwave method is more successful than conventional heating methods in the preparation of αZr(HPO_4)_2(HOC_2H_4OH)·H_2O,but less successful in the intercalation of 1octanol into αZrP.
