胺和醇对α-磷酸锆的插层性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 用直接插入法将正丁胺和正癸胺插入α-Zr(HPO4)2H2O,(简写为α-ZrP)制备了α-Zr(HPO4)2(C4H9NH2)2H2O和α-Zr(HPO4)2(C10H21NH2)2H2O,层间距分别是1.94nm和3.22nm。正丁胺的插入使α-ZrP的结晶水及层板羟基的热稳定性提高,插入的正丁胺在220~270℃可被脱除。用微波法直接将乙二醇插入α-ZrP,成功地制备了α-Zr(HPO4)2(HOC2H4OH)H2O,层间距是1.07nm。用微波法直接将1-辛醇插入α-ZrP,得到的产物层间距为1.00nm。 αZr(HPO_4)_2(C_4H_9NH_2)_2·H_2O has been prepared by intercalating butylamine into αZr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O(abbreviated as αZrp).Its interlayer spacing is 194nm.The thermal stabilities of the structural water of αΖrP are enhanced by intercalation of butylamine,the intercalated butylamine being lost between 220℃ and 270℃.Decylamine can also be intercalated directly into αZrP,the interlayer spacing of the intercalated material being 332nm.αZr(HPO4)2(HOC2H4OH)·H2O can be prepared by intercalating ethylene glycol directly into αZrP using microwave irradiation,its interlayer spacing being 107nm.The process has no adverse effects on the crystallinity of the materials.The microwave method is more successful than conventional heating methods in the preparation of αZr(HPO_4)_2(HOC_2H_4OH)·H_2O,but less successful in the intercalation of 1octanol into αZrP.
