摘要
用直接沉淀法,采用玻璃反应瓶,在常温常压条件下制备α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP),并采用XRD、IR、SEM、TPDE和DG-DTA等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明α-磷酸锆的结晶度较高,层间距7.66A。晶体结构中有-HPO4基团存在,含有一种结晶水,-HPO4基团中的羟基与结晶水以氢键相连。其晶体平均粒径约2μm,呈薄片状。α-ZrP晶体的结晶水在90~200℃之间被脱除,层板羟基在200℃开始缓慢脱除,到600℃彻底脱完。
Crystalline samples of αZr(HPO_4)_2·H_2O (αZrP) have been prepared by a modified method involving complexation of zirconium with fluoride ions in a glass vessel, followed by reaction with phosphoric acid at room temperature. The material was characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, TPDE and TGDTA. The product is highly crystalline with an interlayer spacing of 7.65A, showing that ageing at high temperatures is not necessary to produce a crystalline material. A single type of water molecule and the group O3P(OH) are contained in its crystal structure, a hydrogen bond being formed between the water and the hydroxyl group in the layer. The particles of αZrP are flakes of about 2 μm in size. αZrP shows high thermal stability, the water of crystallization being lost between 90℃ and 200℃, with the hydroxyl groups in the layers being dehydrated between 200℃ and 600℃.
