摘要
以大孔径苯乙烯系强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,对μ-萘乙酸和甲酯的酯化反应进行催化,合成出作为植物生长调节剂的α-萘乙酸甲酯。并且对催化剂种类及用量、反应时间以及甲醇用量等影响反应因素进行讨论,摸索出一套较佳反应条件。
Methyl 1 - maphthylacetate as a kind of plant growth regulator was synthesized by esterication of 1 - naphthyacetic acid with methanol in present of strongly acidic styrene type caution exchange resins. Then, some conditions such as kind and amount of catalysts, reaction time, content of methanol were investigated. The optional condition of reaction was obtained.
