添加剂对氯化钾镀锌溶液中锌镀层的形貌和织构的影响 被引量:9

摘要 用电子显微镜和X-射线衍射方法,研究了氯化钾镀锌光亮剂主要组分及组合光亮剂的作用机理.实验结果表明,添加剂各组分对镀层的形貌与织构影响有显著的差别,而组合光亮剂对锌的形貌和织构的影响表现出了各组分的协同作用.还讨论了镀层形貌与织构之间的关系. The influence of additives (phenylbenzylketone, sodium methylene bisnaphthalene, OP 10, CH 1 brightener) on surface morphology and texture of zinc electrodeposition from potassium chloride solution have been investigated by scan electron microscopy and x ray diffraction technique. It showed that the influence of varied additives on zinc electrodeposition id different. The effect of CH 1 brightener on preferred orientation and crystal size of zinc deposit resulted from cooperation of OP 10 and phenylbenzylketone. The relationship between preferred orientation and crystal morphology of zinc electrodeposits was also discussed.
