摘要
用电位阶跃法研究了氯化钾镀锌溶液中添加剂(OP-10,苄叉丙酮,NNO和CH-1光亮剂)对锌在玻碳电极上电结晶行为的影响.在本实验条件下,晶核的生长受溶液中Zn2+的扩散步骤控制,而晶核的形成机理与加入的添加剂的品种有关.在不含任何添加剂的基础溶液中,或分别含NNO,苄叉丙酮时呈现瞬时成核机理,在OP-10。
The effects of some coventional additives (OP 10, NNO, CH 1 brightener and phenylbenzylketone) on the electrodeposition of Zinc from potassium chloride plating Zinc solution onto glassy carbon electrode have been examined by using step potential methode. It has been found that, in the electrolytes without any additives or with NNO or with phenylbenzylketone, the electrocrystallization of Zinc follows the mechanism of three dimensional intantaneous uncleation and growth, whereas in the eletrolytes with CH 1 brightener or OP 10, it follows the mechanism of three dimensional progressive nucleation and growth. The phenomena are discussed in terms of Scharifkers model.
