摘要
以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,选择不同结构的乙烯基单体,分别在不同的接枝率水平上与玉米原淀粉进行接枝共聚合,通过溶剂萃取除去均聚物后,以重量法测定接枝效率,从而揭示了单体结构与接枝效率之间的内在联系.实验结果表明,单体取代基的位阻和极性因素都对淀粉接枝共聚合反应的接枝效率有显著影响,空间位阻增大,接枝效率降低,而单体极性增加则有利于接枝效率的提高.
The graft copolymerizations of vinyl monomers such as acrylonitrile, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and butyl methacylate onto granular corn starch were carried out by the inititation of ceric ammounium nitrate. The relationship between monomer structure and graft efficiency was studied. The experimental results showed that the structure of monomers exhibit a marked influence on the graft copolymerization. The graft efficiency can be enhanced by using a monomer with less spatial hindrance and stronger polarity.
