摘要
开发高性能的接枝淀粉浆料的技术关键在于选择合适的接枝共聚单体、合理的用量和正确的生产工艺路线。本文综合考虑了浆料的亲水性能、玻璃化温度、对涤纶纤维的粘着力和在涤纶纤维上的润湿能力,认为应选择那些较软的非极性疏水性单体作为接枝共聚的主体。同时配以适量亲水性单体和上述单体一同与淀粉进行接枝共聚,或全部选用那些较软的非极性疏水性单体,在接枝共聚后进行适度水解。
The grafted starch size is a new modified one to replace PVA as a warp sizing material for fine polyester/cotton yarn. Although the technology used to induce macroinitiator on starch molecule and initiate vinyl and/or acrylic monomers to be copolymerized onto starch is well known,and grafted starches have been developed rapidly in some area,they are not satisfactory as warp size in the textile industry. To develop the grafted starch size, the key problem is to choice propor graft monomers, reasonable amount of monomers and correct manufacture process. Considering the hydrophilic property,glass transition temperature, adhesive' strength to polyester fibre and spreading ability on polyester fibre, two monomers should be choosen as the graft monomers. The main part is.of course.the mon-polar hydrophobic monomer with low Tg to increase the adhe-siv strength to polyester fibre and spreading ability on polyester fibre, and to decrease the Tg of macromolecular chain. The other is the hydrophilic monomers to improve the hydrophilic property of macromolocular chain. These two kinds of monomers should be graft copolymerized together onto starch, In addition, the non-polar hydrophobic monomers can alone be graft copolymerized onto starch. However, after the grafting copolymerization. a proper hydrolysis should be carried out.
