摘要
介绍了一个300MW抽水蓄能机组状态监测分析诊断系统,研制该系统的目的是为抽水蓄能机组适时针对性维护提供依据与手段。分析了300MW抽水蓄能机组结构、运行特点和常见故障。在此基础上对抽水蓄能机组的振动状态监测分析诊断系统硬件构成与传感器布置进行了介绍。通过需求分析,给出了功能结构模块、数据流图,最后是实施系统的简介与总结,本软件系统基于WINDOWS-NT网络平台,已成功投入运行。
A condition monitoring, analysis and diagnosis system for the 300MW pumped storage generator unit is introduced. The purpose of developing this system is to provide suggestion for preventive maintenance. Structural parameters, operating characteristics and common faults of the unit are analyzed first. The hardwares and sensors distribution of the system are discussed. Function modules and data flowchart are given based on the user's requirements. Finally its application in an unit is presented. The software is designed on the Windows NT network platform. The system has been successfully put into operation.
