摘要
介绍了膨胀石墨和活性炭电极的制备方法,研究了高锰酸钾和浓硫酸加入量以及反应温度和时间对膨胀容积的影响;介绍了用膨胀石墨作导电剂的超级电容器电极性能的测试结果。试验结果表明:当活性物质(活性炭)∶黏结剂(PTFE)∶导电剂(膨胀石墨)=90∶5∶8(质量比)时,活性炭的比容量达到最大值152.27F/g。
The preparation of expanded graphite and the active carbon electrodes were introduced. The effects of oxidant amount, the reaction time and temperature on expanded volume were studied. The test results about the performance ot electode with expanded graphite as conductive agent were described. The result showed that, when the proportion of active carbon:FIFE:conductive agent was 90:5:8(weight), the capacity of active carbon reached 152.27 F/g.
