膨胀石墨复合活性炭制备超级电容器电极 被引量:10

摘要 实验以膨胀石墨为复合模板,分别与椰壳基活性炭、活性中间相炭微球在超声波振荡混合条件下制备膨胀石墨/活性炭复合材料,并组装成水系双电层电容器。由于膨胀石墨具有独特的类蠕虫状结构,能为活性炭材料提供较好的接触环境,改善了活性炭颗粒相互直接接触时产生的结构缺陷,从而提高了活性炭材料的导电性,双电层比电容可达359F/g;粒径尺寸与膨胀石墨孔隙相近的活性炭微球在膨胀石墨模板中分散相对较好,在大电流放电条件下,比电容下降率仅为6.6%。 In this paper, composites made from expanded graphite/coconut shell based active carbon and expanded graphite/activated mesocarbon microbeads using super wave method were investigated, Expanded graphite provided a better contact environment for active carbon particles due to its unique worm-like microstructure and the point-to-point contact manner between the active carbon particles was improved. The conductivities of active carbon materials were enhanced, as a result. The maximum of electric double-layer capacity was 359 F/g. The measurement of active mesocarbon microbeads was fit for the holes of expanded graphite and this kind of composite had better dispersion situation. Under lager discharging current, the capacity-declining ratio of expanded graphite/active mesocarbon microbeads was only 6.6%
