Na^+离子浓度对厌氧发酵产氢气影响的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 本实验以蔗糖为底物,在控制不同Na+离子浓度的条件下测试分析产氢率、比产氢气和糖降解率,考察不同Na+离子浓度对厌氧发酵产氢的影响。实验结果表明:Na+离子浓度较低(<1000mg/L)时对微生物的活性和产氢能力有不良的影响;Na+离子浓度在1000-2000mg/L时,对厌氧发酵产氢有促进作用;Na+离子浓度在8000-16000mg/L时,对厌氧发酵产氢有明显的抑制作用。 Hydrogen-generating rate,specific hydrogen-generating and sugar degradation rate were determined and analysed with sucrose as base under the condition of controlling different Na+ ion concentration;the effect of different Na+ ion concentration on hydrogen-generating by anaerobic fermentation was investigated.The experimental results showed that,when Na+ ion concentration was lower (<1000mg/L),it had negative influence on the activity of microorganism and the ability to generate hydrogen;when Na+ ion concentration was at 1000~2000mg/L,it had promoting action on hydrogen-generating by anaerobic fermentation,while when its concentration was at 8000~1600mg/L,it had obvious inhibitory action on the hydrogen-generating.
