摘要
文中首先建立了城市人居环境质量客观评价指标体系,包括自然环境和社会经济环境两个子系统,继而下面又划分了8个评价因子和51个评价指标。另外根据目前我国的环境质量标准和有关文明城市、生态园林城市建设标准以及相关文献等对指标体系进行了等级划分,即分为5个等级,并制定了评判标准。同时引入BP神经网络模型,以西北5个省会城市为例,采用2005年数据来进行实证研究,结果证明评价模型切实可行,从而可为量化城市人居环境质量的优劣和检测城市的"宜居度"提供参考。
This research established the objective evaluation index system of city inhabitable environment quality based on comprehensive reference on development status in quo for cities in our country and other study experience, which includes two subsystems of environment and socioeconomic environment, and eight factors and fifty -one practical evaluation indexes; At the same time based on the comprehensive analysis on city development and related standard of civilization and ecotypic garden city construction five level standards were set up; Finally a model based on BP neural networks to measure the levels were designed. As an example we use the model, which has already been trained and simulated to classify the level using the dates of five capital cities in North - west district, also to validate the rationality of the objective appraisal index system and the standards we have established, which can offer the reference to measure the city inhabitable environment is better or not and so on.
