摘要
通过查阅大量文献资料,对我国人居环境评价方法的研究进展进行了综述。首先分析了人居环境评价的内涵;然后归纳了人居环境评价指标体系的构建方法和数学评价方法,其中人居环境评价指标体系的构建方法主要有频度统计法、理论分析法、专家咨询法,数学评价方法主要有简单数据分析法、线性权重法、模糊综合评判法、GIS分析法和BP神经网络模型法,并分析了各种评价方法的适用条件和优缺点;最后对我国人居环境今后的研究方向进行了展望。
This paper focuses on the evaluation methods of human settlements.Through searching,analyzing and generalizing a large number of literatures,it summarizes up the construction methods of the evaluation index system of human settlements and mathematical evaluation methods.The construction methods include frequency statistical method,theoretical analysis method and Delphi method.The mathematical evaluation methods include simple data analysis,linear weighting method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,GIS analysis and BP neural network model.The paper also introduces the adaptive conditions and advantages and disadvantages of each method.And finally,it takes the prospects of the future research direction of human settlements.
