摘要
教育优先发展已经获得了广泛认可,政府文件及有关法律已有教育优先发展的论述。为了实施教育优先发展,国家已经先后建立了多个形式的实验区,各地方也在纷纷探索如何实现教育优先发展。推进教育实验区建设关键是要选好教育优先发展实验区;坚持系统推进,重点突破;实现教育优先发展要做到持之以恒,常抓不懈;实现教育优先发展既要加大投入,更要促进公平;适当扩大地方统筹教育优先发展的权限,尊重群众和地方的首创精神。
Education priority development has been recognized widely. Governmental files and related laws have much discussion. For enforcing education priority development, central government has built some different types of experimental district, local governments are also exploring how to advance education priority development. To push forward experimental district, it is important to select suitable experiment district, insist on whole development, make a breakthrough at some single point, push forward in a persistent way, put more money into education, promote equitable education, expand the local authority to plan education priority development as a whole, and respect the people and local government＇s pioneering spirit.
