摘要
在分析大型压滤机改性聚丙烯滤板磨损失效原因的基础上,提出了磨损区域材料置换、涂布耐磨层和预铺阻力滤布等三种改进和耐磨性强化措施,工业实践表明:本改进和耐磨性强化措施效果明显,滤板使用寿命为原来的5倍以上。
On the basis of the reason of the wear and tear large automatic press filter＇s plate, this paper put forward three type of the improvemen treatment which the material replacement in the area of wear and tear, coating of wear-resisting material and pre-fabricating of resisting filter. The industrial practice showed that the effect of improvement and increasing of wear properties is very well and the operation of period is increased 5 times.
