摘要
研究了环氧胶粘涂层在不同的磨料粒度和浆体浓度下冲蚀磨损时耐磨性能的变化,对比了T-31、低分子聚酰胺两种固化剂和粉煤灰、有机蒙脱土两种填料对环氧胶粘涂层性能的影响,探讨了纳米粒子在环氧胶粘涂层中的作用,推荐了纳米环氧胶粘涂层的最佳配方。
The change of abrasion resistant of epoxy adhesive coating in different abrasive sizes and different concentrations are studied when it was eroding. The influences of the two kinds of curing agents called T-31 and low molecular polyamide and the other two kinds of fillers called powered coal ash and organic montmorillonite on epoxy adhesive coating are compared here, and the effects of nanometer particle in epoxy adhesive coating are also discussed. Meanwhile, the best formulation of nanometer epoxy adhesive coating is commended.
