摘要
介绍一个具有曲面插补功能的 CNC系统的硬件构成和软件结构。提出一个不同于一般粗插补和精插补的两步骤插补器结构 ,介绍其实现技术 ,解决了轨迹行终点减速区的预测判别问题。
A CNC system with surface real-time interpolation is proposed.Different from commonly used interpolators with rough and fine interpolation,the interpolator of this system makes possible the highest interpolation accuracy theoretically.The technique to realize surface interpolation is introduced in detail and an example is given to show the machining result.
