摘要
介绍一种PC-Based数控插齿系统的结构与硬件构成;给出自定义齿扇数控编程步骤;提出一种自定义齿扇的切削进给速度计算方法和新的自定义轨迹的实时插补算法;设计了一种高效可靠的加工控制流程。加工实践表明系统稳定可靠,精度可稳定在6.5级(GB100095-88)。
A PC-based CNC system for gear shaping its functional structure and hardware construction are introduced. The basic NC programming steps for self-defined sector and gear shaping are investigated. Calculating feed rate according to the shaping error. a difficult problem in NC programming, is solved by a two step method (fitting and iterating). For the purpose of obtaining a high shaping accuracy, a new realtime interpolation algorithm is presented for selfdefined locus interpolation. A high efficient and reliable shaping process is planned under the consideration of the shaping feature. At the end of the paper, an example is given with shaping accuracy.
