摘要
目的:研究超强纤维在脱位牙固定中的临床效果。方法:采用超强纤维对24例32颗脱位牙进行固定,并随访0.5-2年。结果:23例30颗再植牙于0.5-2年观察效果良好。仅1例2颗患牙再植失败,拔除。X线片复查,其中5例8颗分别于术后1-2年发现根尖及根侧有轻微吸收,但无明显松动。余牙均无明显异常,牙龈附着正常,能正常行使功能。结论:超强纤维作为一种新型的材料,对脱位牙进行固定时具有美观、舒适,操作简单,有利于软硬组织愈合及对牙周健康无明显影响等优点。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of ultra-high strength textile fiber in the fixation of dislocated tooth. Methods： Ultra-high strength textile fiber was used to fix 32 dislocated teeth in 24 cases. The patients were followed-up for 0.5-2 years. Results： 30 replanted teeth in 23 cases had good effect during 0.5-2 years observation. Only 2 teeth in 1 case were failed and extracted. The X-ray showed only slight absorption of root in 8 teeth in 5 cases and the others were normal. The dislocated teeth functioned well after fixation. Conclusion： As a kind of novel material, the ultra-high strength textile fiber has the advantages of excellent aesthetics, comfort, easy to handle, benefit to the healing of periodontal tissue and no side effect to periodontal health.
