摘要
本文深入地研究和分析了电容传感器探头形状与外轮廓尺寸对检测精度的影响以及被检测件外形给传感器探头带来的误差。指出必须全面综合考虑电容传感器的工作状况,优化设计电容传感器的动极板。
This article makes deep research and analysis to effect of capacitance transmitter probe shape and overall dimen`sions on sensing accuracy as well as errors of measured components on the probe.It concludes that working state of capacitance transmitter must be comprehensively considered and moving electrode should be optimal designed.
