摘要
为了确保激光切割质量,避免由工件本身起伏不平等误差引起的散焦现象,需要对激光焦距进行自动控制,使激光焦点始终位于工件里面。本文提出一种非接触式单片微机高度自动控制装置,用一体化喷嘴电容传感器检测出工件表面变化,然后用伺服电机驱动透镜,使透镜与工件之间的高度能随着工件表面的不平自动调整,即在切割过程中实现自动对焦。
It is necessary that the height between the leas and worlcpiece is controlled in order to ensure cutting of laser quality and avoid defocussing caused by random variance of worfcpiece surface. The paper describes a non-contact auto-height controlling device with single chip microprocessor, when the variation of the workpiece surface is detected by the capacitance which is integrated with the nozzle, servo motor drives the lens to adjust the height for adapting the workpiece transformation-That is, the device can make the focus automatically align the workpiece surface in laser cutting-
