摘要
针对整体叶轮的特点,结合高速切削(HSC)技术和多轴数控加工技术,总结出适合整体叶轮高速铣削所需要的刀具和切削用量等参数,制定数控加工工艺方案,并实现计算机刀路轨迹仿真。针对五轴铣削加工中心HERMLE创建专用后置处理程序,得到完备的数控加工仿真文件、NC程序和最优车间文件,并实现叶轮实体加工。
Considering the characteristic of integrated impeller and the feature of HSC, gives the prime procedure of milling integrated impeller. Analyzing cutting tools and cutting parameters, the tool tracks and machining simulation are demonstrated. After simulating the machining tool path, an integrated impeller is machined by 5-axis machining center HERMLE.
