摘要
大学毕业生就业难问题日趋严重,就业能力欠缺已成为影响大学生就业的一个重要因素,阐述了当前大学生的就业现状,分析了大学生就业能力与科技创新活动的关系,并立足大学生就业能力的培养,提出了开展大学生科技创新活动注意的七个方面。
University graduates are becoming more and more difficult to get employed now. Moreover, lack of employment capability has been an important factor in employment for college students. This paper describes the employment situation, analyzes the relations between college students＇ employment capability and technological innovation activities, and based on the development of the college students＇ employment capability, proposes seven aspects on the college students carring out scientific and technological innovation activities.
