摘要
介绍了超磁致伸缩刀架的结构设计,说明弹簧在系统中的重要作用。采用有限元方法对弹簧的强度进行校核,从而得出弹簧应力场、位移场的分布规律。对弹簧应力计算的误差分析,得到弹簧各种评价应力的最大值范围。为超磁致伸缩刀架弹簧的选取提供了设计依据。
The important function of spring in the system was illuminated of designing structure for magnetostrictive tool-post. The intensity of the spring was adjusted with finite element method, the distributive laws of stress field and displacement field were obtained. Spring based on analyzing errors of stress result obtained the max value bound. The results from the model can be used as design basis for the magnetostrictive tool-post spring.
