摘要
目的探讨应用臀上动脉穿支岛状皮瓣移位修复骶尾部难治性压疮的手术方法和疗效。方法收治骶尾部压疮患者16例,均采用臀上动脉穿支岛状皮瓣移位修复术。创面最小6.2 cm×4.0 cm,最大12.0 cm×14.0 cm。结果16例臀上动脉穿支岛状皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣不显臃肿,无凹陷、感染、坏死,臀部外观均良好。结论臀上动脉穿支密集,血供丰富,解剖标志固定,变异少,营养皮肤及皮下组织范围大,故臀上动脉穿支岛状皮瓣治疗骶部难治性压疮疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the operating approaches and therapeutic effect by shifting with superior gluteal perforator island skin flaps （SGPISF） in repairing sacroiliac decubital necrosis. Methods From June 2004 to June 2007, 16 patients （ 9 males,7 females ; aged 35 - 80 years ; raw surface 6.2 cm × 4.0 cm - 12.0 cm × 14.0 cm ） with sacroiliac decubital necrosis underwent reconstructive operations by shifting with the SGPISP. Results 16 cases were completely successful, without fat and clumsy tissues, free from infection and introeession, with no necrosis, and all the fundamentic appearances presented satisfactory. Conclusions Blood supply of superior gluteal perforator arteries that are plentiful, anatomic landmark fix has few variation, nutrition skin and subcutqneous are in large scope, so the curative effect of SGPISF in repairing sacroiliac decubital necrosis is satisfactory
