摘要
目的:研究对难治性压疮的最佳(保守)综合治疗模式。方法:以中医药为主对40例难治性压疮进行辨证论治,中西医综合保守治疗进行临床研究。结果:痊愈率62.5%,显著进步15%,好转12.5%,无效10%。结论:对难治性压疮的治疗中医具有调整患者机体阴阳平衡、提高病人自身修复能力的优势,结合西医,明显提高疗效、减少治疗费用,是患者和家属乐于接受的有效治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the best integrated therapy method in treating refractory decubital necrosis. Methods： 40 cases of refractory decubital necrosis were treated with mainly traditional medicines by differentiation of symptoms and signs, integrated medicine combined with expectant treatment. Results： 62.5% cases were cured, 15% significantly improved, 12.5% improved and 10% ineffective. Conclusion： TCM treatment had many advantages in treating refractory decubital necrosis. When combined with modem medicine, it significantly improved the curative effect and reduced the therapy cost.
