摘要
目的观察蛞蝓提取物(LE)对体外培养人肺癌(A549)细胞及其小鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法运用平皿集落形成法,检测LE对A549细胞锚定依赖性生长的影响;通过光镜观察LE对小鼠移植瘤的组织形态改变;小鼠移植瘤模型治疗实验评估LE在体治疗肺癌的有效性。结果LE可抑制体外培养A549细胞锚定依赖性生长,呈剂量依赖性。LE腹腔注射给药能导致小鼠移植瘤组织的局灶性坏死;50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg LE腹腔注射给药具有抑制小鼠移植瘤生长作用。结论蛞蝓提取物对人肺癌A549细胞有生长抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of Limax extract （LE） in the growth of human lung cancer A549 cell line in vitro and tumorigenicity in mice. Methods Clone - formation assay in plate was used to test clone formation inhibition of A549 cell line by LE. The effects of LE on the morphology of tumorigenicity tissue in mice were observed. A tumorigenicity model in mice was established to experimentally evaluate the availability of lung cancer treatment with LE in vivo. Results The inhibition effect of LE on clone formation of A549 cell line in vitro was dose - dependenct. Tumorigenicity focal necrosis in mice was induced by LE with intraperitoneal injection. LE inhibited the tumorigenicity in mice by intraperitoneal injection with dosage of 50 mg/kg and 100 nag/kg, respectively. Conclusion LE possesses inhibition effect in the growth of human lung cancer A549 cell line.
