摘要
目的:对UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法和尿沉渣镜检三种方法检测尿沉渣有形成分进行比较,探讨每种方法的优、缺点及其影响因素。方法:抽取我院住院患者尿液1800份,分别采用日本Sysmex UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、德国Miditron JuniorⅡ型尿十项干化学分析仪及一次性计数板显微镜检对同一份尿液标本的有形成分进行检测。结果:UF-100、干化学法能快速、准确测定尿中多项有形成分,因两种方法的检测原理及干扰因素的影响,均出现了部分假阳性和假阴性结果。结论:UF-100、干化学法及手工镜检三者交叉互检,可排除假阳性和假阴性结果,可使检验结果更全面、准确,为临床提供可靠的诊断信息。
Objective:To comparatively study and investigate advantages, disadvantages and influential factors of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopy examination for detecting formed elements in urinary sediment.Methods: 1800 cases urine examples were respectively detected formed elements in urinary sediment with Japan Sysmex UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, German Miditron Junior Ⅱ chemical dipstick analyzer and microscopy.Results:UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer and urine dipsticks analyzer could quickly and accurately detect many formed elements in urinary sediment. Because of difference of detection principle and influence of confounding factor, these 2 methods all appeared false positive and false negative results.Conclusions:Combination of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer, urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopy examination can avoid false positive and false negative results, and can make the results more accurate and provide reliable data for clinic.
