摘要
目的:分析干化学法与镜检法检测尿中白细胞的结果之间的关系。方法:用德国宝灵曼MiditronJunior-型尿液分析仪试带法测定尿中白细胞(WBC),使用显微镜一滴尿法检测尿中的白细胞数量。结果:对2358例病人晨尿标本的测定,干化学法检测白细胞阴性,平均每个视野白细胞1个以下者1842例,干化学法检测白细胞阳性,平均每个视野白细胞1个以上者413例,则干化学法检测尿中白细胞与镜检法检测尿中白细胞数的相关性一致率为95.6%;其中,干化学法检测尿中白细胞阴性,镜检平均每个视野白细胞1个以上者64例,干化学法检测尿中白细胞阳性,镜检平均每个视野白细胞1个以下者39例,则干化学法检测尿中白细胞与镜检法检测尿中白细胞不相关占4.4%。结论:分析尿常规报告中干化学法与镜检法检测白细胞结果的相关性,要动态观察并结合临床资料进行综合分析,尽量减少误诊、漏诊现象,更好地服务于病人。
Objective To analyse the relatioonship of the results between the chemstrip-10 dip stick assay and microscopc to check the WBC in the Urine. Methods The dry chemistry is tested on the Miditron Junior- Ⅱ chemical traps,and the same time count the WBC in the LightMicroscopy. Results .Among the 2358 species of morning Urine the chemstrip 10 dip stick assay being negative the WBC in every eyesight being less than one,which is 1842：While the chemstrip 10 dip stick assay being positive and the WBC more than one is 413,so the relativity btween themis 95. 6% ：On the contrary,thereis 64 samples show chemstrip-10 dip-stick assay negative but WBC more than one,and 39 samplesthe chemstrip 10 dip-stick assay positive while WBC less than one,the unrelativity btween them is 4. 4%. Conclusions We should analyse kineticly the reports of WBC results and the dinical appearance,so that can we serve as patiants more accuratly and timely.
