石化企业乙二醇安全保护系统设计

摘要 针对某石化公司乙二醇装置,设计并实现了一个防止火灾和毒气的安全保护系统;利用Tricon配置了系统硬件,它由主系统、工程师站、SOE站、操作站/台、检测单元、声光报警器等组成,并与DCS和LAN通信;采用Tristation1131设计了控制逻辑和控制软件,包含功能相对独立的5个模块:与DCS通信、故障和控制过程问题报警、故障报警、系统自检、主逻辑;应用Intouch设计了友好的人机界面;进行了系统调试;系统的应用取得了预期效果。 Aiming at EOEG units of the petrochemical company, Security and protection system for preventing fire and gas is designed , and is realized. The system hardware is configured by Tricon of Triconex, that is constituted by main system, engineer workstation, sequence of events workstation, operation station , detection unit and sound--light alarming equipment, it can be communicated with DCS and LAN. The system controlling logic and controlling software are designed by Tristation1131, they include five independent function modules: DCS_ Communication, system fault and control process accident alarm, System _ Alarm, System _ Diagnose, EOEG _ Logic. Friendly HMI is designed by Intouch. The system debugging is introduced in the paper. The application of the system brings about expectant effect for the enterprise.
