摘要
为了防止火灾和毒气泄露,确保安全生产,针对某公司EOEG装置,开发了一个火灾和气体保护系统。利用基于三重模块冗余结构的Tricon配置了系统硬件;采用集成工具Trista-tion1131和工程设计软件Intouch分别设计了系统的控制逻辑和人机界面。系统安装调试及运行结果表明:系统总体组织完善合理,满足控制工艺要求;系统运行平稳,联锁动作准确及时,事件记录完整。系统的应用达到了预期的效果。
Aiming at EOEG units of the company, FGS is used so as to prevent from fire and gas and to ensure its safe production. The system hardware is configured by Tricon based on triple modular redundancy and the system controlling logic and HMI are designed respectively by integration tool Tristation1131 and engineering design software Intouch. The system installation and debugging are introduced in the paper. Practical operation shows that system's general organization is reasonable, It can meet the control process requirement, the operation being stable, inter- lock accurate and timely, events recording complete. The application of the system brings about expectant benefits for the enterprise.
