摘要
目的探讨开放性眼球损伤眼内炎的易患因素。方法临床病例前瞻性观察与分析。结果眼内异物滞留、伤后就诊时间≥２４ｈ、伤口≤４ｍｍ、Ⅰ和Ⅱ度损伤眼内炎发生率较高。结论眼内异物滞留、伤后就诊时间≥２４ｈ、伤口≤４ｍｍ、Ⅰ和Ⅱ度损伤是眼内炎发生的易患因素。
Objective To analysis the susceptible factors of ophthalmitis in open-globe injury.Method The prospective oberzation and nanlysis of clinical cases.Results Occuring rate of ophthalmitis is significantly high in retained foreign body, see-doctor time≥24h,length of wound ≤4mm,Ⅰand Ⅱ grade injury.Conclusion The susceptible factors of ophthalmitis include the retained foreign body,see-doctor time≥24hs,length of wound ≤4mm,Ⅰand Ⅱ grade injury.
