摘要
本文叙述了直流光电温度比较仪的原理、组成、实验方法及结果。实验表明,仪器在661nm波长、962℃温度下具有1mK的分辨率和小于5mK的重复性;钨带灯分度复现性为±10mK;在951nm波长、630℃温度下也可获得1mK的分辨率和1.2mk的重复性。仪器性能满足ITS-90的要求,并可进行热力学温度测定。
This paper describes the principle, construction, process of measurement and performance of a new direct current photoelectric temperature comparator established at NIM for realization of the new ITS-90. The experiments have shown that the sensitivity and repeatability of this apparatus at 661 nm are 1 mk and better than 5 mK respectively at 962℃. the reproducibility of calibrating the tungsten strip lamps is±10 mK; the sensitivity and repeatability at 951 nm are 1 mK and 1.2 mK respectively at 630℃.
