摘要
研制了工作在800~2000℃温度范围内的光电高温自动检定系统,用于标准温度灯与标准高温计的检定,该系统使用了具有高稳定度和高分辨率的程控稳流源。在检定过程中,全部操作由微型计算机控制,实现了检定工作的自动化。多次测量表明,本系统具有良好的复现性。在1400℃和2000℃下分别为±0.27℃和±0.36℃。
-An automatic system for calibrating the standard pyrometer andtungsten strip lamp working in the temperature ranges between 800℃ and 2000℃ has been presented under the development by CIM. It makes use of a new designed programmable current regulator with high stability and resolution. During the calibrations, all operations are controlled by a micro-computer to carry out the process automation. Many measurements have shown that the automatic system has very good realization, the results of which are estimated to be ±0.27℃ and ±0.36℃ at 1400℃ and 2000℃, respectively.
