摘要
研究了BNi7钎料真空钎焊0Cr13不锈钢过程中,钎焊温度和时间对钎焊接头组织和室温及高温性能的影响。结果表明:接头组织由钎缝近母材区的Ni-Fe基固溶体和钎缝中间连续的Ni(Cr,Fe)-P化合物组成。随钎焊温度和时间的增加,钎缝中Ni(Cr,Fe)-P化合物含量逐渐减少,Ni-Fe基固溶体含量相应增多,钎缝强度随之而提高。钎缝高温强度在600℃以下随测试温度的升高而逐渐降低,当测试温度高于600℃时,钎缝强度明显下降。
The effects of brazing temperature and time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the stainless steel brazed joint with BNi7 filler metal in vacuum were presented.The results show that the brazed joint is made up of two phases;Ni-Fe solid solution and continuous Ni(Cr,Fe)-P intermetallic phase.The content of intermetallic phase decreases and joint clearance is primarily occupied by the Ni-Fe solid solution with the increasing of brazing temperature and time.The shear strength of the brazed joint increase with the increasing of the brazing temperature and time,and it gradually decrease with the increasing of the test temperature,then rapidly decrease over 600 ℃.
