摘要
脑梗死急性期因受到时间窗及适应证等的限制,大多数患者无法得到及时的药物溶栓治疗,而且药物溶栓治疗的疗效有限。超声溶栓已逐渐用于脑梗死的治疗,包括急性期溶栓、助溶治疗以及恢复期治疗。业已证实,超声联合药物溶栓能提高血管再通率。文章就超声溶栓的机制及其发展做了综述。
Most patients cannot receive intravenous thrombolysis in time because of the limitations of the definite time window and indications during acute cerebral infarction. Moreover, the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis is limited. Ultrasound thrombolysis has been gradually applied in the treatment of cerebral infarction, including thrombolysis, assistant thrombolysis in acute stage and convalescent care. It has been demonstrated that the combination of ultrasound and intravenous thrombolysis may improve recanalization rate. Tnis article reviews the thrombolytic mechanism of ultrasound and its development.
