摘要
观察奥沙利铂/氟尿嘧啶/亚叶酸钙时辰化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。96例晚期结肠癌患者随机分为时辰化疗和常规化疗组。时辰化疗组46例,采用持续静脉滴注,并按时辰调节给药速度;常规化疗组44例,常规静脉给药。时辰化疗组有效率45.7%;常规化疗组有效率25.0%。奥沙利铂联合CF/5-FU双周方案采用时辰给药方式,可提高疗效,减轻化疗不良反应。
To observe the effect of chronochemotherapy of oxaliplatin/5-FU/leucovorin for advanced colorectal cancer.Ninety advanced colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into chronochemotherapy group and control group.In chronochemotherapy group 46 patients received oxaliplatin and 5-FU by chronomodulation,the continually IV speed was regulated by time.In control group 44 patients received oxaliplatin regularly.In chronochemotherapy group the response rate was 45.7%,in control group the response rate was 25.0%.The effect of chronochemotherapy group was significantly better than control group.Chronochemotherapy of oxaliplatin/5-FU/leucovorin is eflective for advanced colorectal cancer.
