摘要
容量复苏不仅是创伤急救的基本功,也是治疗脓毒症(sepsis)、多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)等危重症的基本功。本文拟对容量复苏中所频繁应用的一些概念、术语的临床意义谈谈个人体会,抛砖引玉,以期提高容量复苏的质量。
Volume resuscitation is the essential management of emergency trauma wound, and is also the mainstay of therapy of critical illness, including sepsis, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （ MODS ）. Some concepts and terms often used in clinical practice were discussed in this paper, such as shock,fluid resuscitation, component transfusion, delayed resuscitation, plasma volume effect, damage control surgery and so on,so as to improve the level of volume resuscitation.
